Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping charge on orders under £100.00 is £9.95 – this is a flat rate which applies to the order not to each item. Reduced Shipping: It will be clearly stated on the product page if a product is eligible for shipping at the reduced rate of £5.95. This rate is only applicable to orders which are being delivered within mainland UK (not including remote areas). Bulky Items: Orders which include large (1016 x 1524mm and larger) flat sheets are subject to an additional £3.00 shipping bringing the total to £12.95. This will only be applied to your order once irrespective of how many sheets you order. This additional charge is a contribution towards the additional packaging that is required for the protection of these larger sheets during shipping and enables us to keep the costs of our flat sheets as low as possible. Large flat sheets do not qualify for free shipping. This rate is only applicable to orders which are being delivered within mainland UK (not including remote areas). Our ordering system will automatically calculate the rate at which shipping should be charged on Mainland UK orders when you proceed to the checkout stage and add it to your order total. Bulk Quantities: May be subject to a palleting charge – we offer a 3 day or overnight pallet service, for more details please contact us. Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. In the event that an item is out of stock it will be dispatched as soon as stocks become available. If customers are working to a deadline we ask that they notify us at the time of order so that in the unlikely event that we are unable to dispatch an item immediately we are able to notify the customer in due time. Customers who do not select the correct amount of shipping at the time of placing their order will be contacted for payment of the shipping charge by telephone after placing their order. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment of any applicable delivery charges has been received. Customers requiring delivery of goods with a length in excess of 2m to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly, Scottish or Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland are advised to contact us prior to placing their order so that they can receive a full quote for the shipping costs or can arrange alternative shipping arrangements. We are happy to ship goods to an alternative shipping provider who you have a relationship with and therefore may offer you a more competitive shipping rate.
Redelivery/Failed delivery: We ask that all customers ensure that there is someone available at their chosen delivery address to receive the goods that they have ordered. In the event that no one is available to receive the parcel there may be charges for a redelivery (currently a maximum of £11.07), Sign Wholesale will accept no responsibility for these charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is someone available to accept their package.
Returns: If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel prior to dispatch of goods, there is no charge to cancel your order and monies are refunded in full.
If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel after dispatch of goods, please contact us within 7 days of your order date and return the items to us. Authorisation is required before goods can be returned and a returns number will be issued. The product should be returned to us in its original condition and should be resalable, this includes the original packaging. If the original packaging has been opened then it will not be deemed resalable and therefore cannot be returned. Products that have been cut to custom sizes cannot be returned as they are a bespoke product, please ensure that you are certain of the sizes that you require prior to placing your order. We ask that all customers thoroughly read the product descriptions and if they are unsure about whether a product is suitable for their needs that they contact a member of our sales team for more information. Products should be well packaged to ensure that they arrive with us in their original condition, this may require additional packaging to survive a return journey. Upon receipt of the goods in resaleable condition a refund will be made.
We (Sign Wholesale) reserve the right to apply a restocking fee, this is charged @ 25%.
In the event an item is returned, all post and packing is paid for by the client. This includes the cost of the return of product and the cost of the initial delivery to you. We do not reimburse post and packing charges under any conditions. If the customer would like us to arrange for collection of goods to be returned then there will be an additional charge levied by the courier company for a remote collection, this will be charged to the customer.
Problems with delivered goods must be notified to Sign Wholesale within 48 hours of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for as undamaged and subsequently reported as damaged in transit. Prior to signing for goods with the courier the goods should be thoroughly checked, if the customer is unable to check the goods then the customer should refuse to accept the delivery.
